Background
The CLEAR Project was commissioned as an
Integrated Community Development Project as part of
“Protect Life” the Northern Ireland Suicide Prevention
Strategy (2006) which seeks to reduce the suicide
rate in Northern Ireland. CLEAR represents a unique
partnership initiative which offers developmental
opportunities to community & voluntary organisations
providing mental health & emotional well-being services in the west.
